Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
